Ron Clark offers the partners of The Stephens Group the benefit of his extensive experience in advising large, closely-held businesses on tax law, merger & acquisition, and other critical issues.
Ron joined The Stephens Group in 2006 as General Counsel, after practicing law for 26 years with Rose Law Firm. Beginning in 2010, Ron served as both Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Ron became a Senior Advisor in 2024.
