JV Industrial Companies Announces Acquisition of Priority Catalyst Services

JV Industrial Companies (“JVIC”) is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of substantially all the assets of Priority Catalyst Services, LLC. The new entity creates a specialty division under JVIC named JV Industrial Catalyst (“Catalyst”). The entire Priority Catalyst Services team is joining JVIC and the new division is led by Andre Folse (Vice-President of Operations) and Rodgers Thibodaux (Vice-President of Sales). JV Industrial Catalyst will have about 80 employees, and its main office will be located in Gonzales, LA, near Baton Rouge. The new division company will also have an office in Corpus Christi, TX.

JV Industrial Catalyst specializes in catalyst handling and chemical cleaning. Catalyst work involves entry into vessels under nitrogen purge in full supplied air equipment to change out spent catalyst, repair trays and supports followed by the loading of new catalyst. These projects typically require a small, highly trained crew. JV Industrial Catalyst’s new team has state of the art equipment, an excellent reputation and Mr. Folse and Mr. Thibodaux have a long and successful history in the industry.
