Jacob Ham assists the team’s investment efforts by conducting financial analysis, due diligence, and industry research to evaluate new investment opportunities and manage existing portfolio companies.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2024, Jacob was the Manager of M&A and Finance at Premier Biotech, a portfolio company of Align Capital Partners, where he supported the company’s acquisition strategy and identified organic growth opportunities. Prior to that, he was an Associate with Align Capital Partners, where he supported the firm’s investments in business services companies. Jacob began his career as an investment banking analyst with Stephens Inc.
