Jens Talbert is responsible for all aspects of deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution of new investments as well as partnering with portfolio company management to execute strategic and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining The Stephens Group in 2020, Jens was an Associate at The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm. While at Riverside, he assisted in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities, performed transaction due diligence, and monitored select portfolio companies. Before joining Riverside, Jens was an investment banking analyst at Stephens Inc. where he worked on a variety of M&A transactions across multiple industry verticals.
