Quaid DeLacluyse advises the firm’s portfolio companies to improve operational performance. He utilizes his experience across strategy, operations, cloud, software, big data, and analytics to drive efficiency across the firm’s investments.

Prior to the Stephens Group, Quaid spent three years at Fifth Third serving in a variety of digital-focused roles. He utilized Lean Six Sigma Principles to deliver repeatable and scalable solutions to provide value to internal and external customers through technology. Quaid had rotations in Fifth Third Information Security collecting and delivering cybersecurity threat intelligence to the board of directors and in Commercial IT architecting and building new revenue streams from a cloud-native embedded banking core. Through his time at Fifth Third, Quaid built expertise in cybersecurity, data analytics, process automation, and system & cloud architecture. Prior to Fifth Third, Quaid spent five years building analytics solutions in the industrial distribution and industrial hygiene sectors.
